[Bug] Permission prompt misleading: claims "during this session" but grants permanent access

Question

**Bug Description**
Bug Summary:
  - Permission prompt says "during this session"
  - But permission persists permanently in .claude/settings.local.json
  - Verified by testing: exited and reopened, Read(//home/computer/**) still there
  - Misleading - users expect temporary access, get permanent access

Suggested fix:
  Either make it actually temporary, or change the prompt text to "Allow permanently for this project"
