[BUG] Claude will self execute his plan w/o approval FOLLOWING a auto-compact

What's Wrong?

Claude performs the task perfectly and produces the expected results - then begins a auto-compact. After the compact Claude then immediately begins executing his plan.

This happened late last night and I was like WTF Claude? It just happened again and I realized that both times it was following the auto-compact.

1. load context to 99% or so I guess
2. ask Claude to generate a plan of action for subsequent discussion.

This is particularly insidious because while I'm at the top of his response reading this very long report, he's down below doing what he feels like. LOL. Seriously - I'll probably take his suggestion anyway, but it's a bit shocking when it happens.
