[BUG] CC CLI text rendering problem on editing subagents

What's Wrong?

when i access claude to edit agents rendering is trailing and i can't see/select the correct choice

What Should Happen?

Error Messages/Logs

text rendering is messed up that i move up and down it trails and i can't see or exit as the options are trailing behind and i had to force exit terminal

Steps to Reproduce

1. I invoked /agents
2. chose edit agent
3. chose edit in editor
4. text rendering is messed up
