[BUG] Pasting image doesn't work

What's Wrong?

claude code can't read screenshots half the time when used inside cursor:

What Should Happen?

claude should be able to access image you just pasted, frontend development is useless without the ability for cluade to see current state of UI.

Steps to Reproduce

take a screenshot on mac (cmd+shift+4). copy screenshot (cmd+c). paste in claude code input. it fails to read it. i've reported this as a bug numerous times.
