[Feature Request] Add option to save execution plans to text file

Bug Description
Can we add an option to plan mode approval, to save the plan to a text file? This can be a toggle per plan, or a global setting that'll apply to all plans.

Sometimes planned features are big ones that'll require multiple context windows to implement, and asking CC to write the plan afterwards just wastes tokens regenerating it.
