[Bug] Session becomes unrecoverable after failed image upload over 5MB limit

Bug Description
After attempting to upload an image exceeding 5MB and receiving an error, it becomes impossible to continue the session. Every subsequent prompt triggers the same image file error message, even though the upload was only attempted once.
