[FEATURE] Add Status Lines to Plugins

Problem Statement

A full Claude Code customization framework also includes custom status lines. Please add it as part of the Plugin system. Currently I need to include two installation methods for my marketplace of plugins - the plugin installation method, and then additional scripts for installing output styles.

Proposed Solution

Include Status Lines along with the mcpServers, commands, agents, hooks, and skills directories that can be installed with plugins.
