[BUG] v2.0.26 crashes repeatedly, no consistency on what its doing. Debug log shows no issue on why either

What's Wrong?

running claude -c

will do one or more steps and then exits with (1)

Continue sometimes will show an incomplete set of steps from the last session. I have tried new sessions and recreating the whole session with /export which was the way to get past the 400 concurrency issue, but does not work for this new one.

What Should Happen?

should run without failing, or if it fails show the issue in log.

Steps to Reproduce

Use the latest. Run some commands. I suspect whatever is causing the 400 api failure is now causing the latest issue, but fails silently now.
