[FEATURE] VS Code: Bookmarks button hidden for sessions opened from the Session Manager

Sessions opened from the Session Manager (Activity Bar list) open in "full editor" mode, which hides the whole panel header, including the Bookmarks button. The docs say to open the Bookmarks panel by clicking "the bookmark icon at the top of the Claude Code panel", but that icon is missing in these tabs. Only /bookmarks or the / command menu still work.
Suggestion: keep the Bookmarks button visible in full-editor tabs, or show each session's bookmarks in the Session Manager (e.g. expandable under the session row).
