Summary
Sending a queued feedback draft from the /feedback UI fails every time with:
Couldn't send feedback (server returned 403). The draft is still queued. Try again later.Retrying does not change the result. Two separate sessions on the same Mac, both signed in with the same claude.ai account, get the same 403.
Repro
- Have the model queue a feedback draft (the SendFeedback tool), or type one.
- Open
/feedback, choose the draft, send. - Server returns 403.
Environment
Claude Code 2.1.300, macOS 27 (Darwin 27.0.0). Signed in with a claude.ai account (organisation admin); no ANTHROPIC_API_KEY in the environment. Screenshot available on request.
