[Model behavior] Asked to exercise end-to-end service workflows against a released image, the model ran unit tests instead

What happened
The user asked for the real service workflows (create, configure, publish, consume, tear down) to be exercised against the released Docker image. The model ran a filtered subset of the repository's unit tests instead, and reported that as the check. It wrote an actual end-to-end workflow script only after a further correction.

Expected
Write and run end-to-end workflow scenarios against the running image, as asked.

Impact
A regression check that does not test what the user asked about.
