Desktop app: archived sessions can't be shown in the sidebar anymore

The filter button next to "+" at the top of the session list used to let you show archived sessions. After the update it doesn't. The only way to them now is "View All", which opens a whole separate panel listing every session. You archive yesterday's session to tidy up, need the fix it found today, and have to leave the sidebar for a different screen to dig it out.

Cost: archiving used to be safe and instant to undo. Now every archived session is a trip to another panel, so people stop archiving and the sidebar fills up.

Fix: one Active / All toggle at the top of the sidebar. That gets archived sessions back where people already look, and the separate "View All" panel can be deleted entirely. Less to build and maintain, fewer clicks for users.
