Desktop Code tab: Session Rail can't be resized, so the Changes card truncates PR titles and hides PR numbers

Problem
In the Code tab, the Session Rail has a Changes card. It lists each PR with its title, repo, PR number, diff stats and checks status.
The rail is narrow and fixed-width. The only control is show or hide, so it can't be resized.
- A row with diff stats and a checks count (+61 −23, 13/14) cuts the PR number off.
- A row without stats shows the number but still truncates the title.
Why it matters
Ticket IDs and PR numbers are how I tell what's in flight. Before the redesign, PRs sat in a wide row above the prompt box, and the full title and number were readable. For anyone running several PRs, this is a regression.
Tried
Dragging the rail's edge does nothing. Panels can be rearranged but not resized.
Expected
Any of these would fix it:
- a resizable Session Rail
- the PR number always shown before the truncated title
- a two-line title mode
- an option to restore the wide row above the prompt
Environment
macOS (Darwin 25.6.0), Claude Desktop 2.37337.1, Code tab
