[GitHub integration] Claude GitHub App stuck on Needs reconnecting

What were you trying to do?
Problem: Claude Code cloud sessions cannot access my GitHub repository because the Claude GitHub App continuously shows "Needs reconnecting".
What I have checked:
- My GitHub account shows "GitHub account connected" in Claude.
- The Claude GitHub App is installed on my GitHub account.
- Repository access is restricted to one selected private repository.
- The repository is visible in Claude's "Check repository status" dropdown.
- Selecting it displays: "The Claude GitHub App for [my account] needs to be reconnected."
- I attempted the provided Fix / Re-link GitHub flow, but the status still shows "Needs reconnecting".
- I confirmed that the GitHub App installation includes the selected repository.
Expected behavior: Claude Code cloud sessions should be able to access my authorized repository.
Actual behavior: The integration remains stuck on "Needs reconnecting", preventing repository access.
Environment: Claude Code on claude.ai, Google Chrome on an Android tablet.
Please investigate the GitHub App connection state and advise how to restore access without deleting or recreating the repository or losing existing project work.
