Bug Description
After an auto-update to 2.1.299, claude --worktree <name> --continue starts a fresh session. Earlier sessions in that worktree were stored under the repo-root project dir (~/.claude/projects/<repo>/). 2.1.299 now looks in a worktree-specific dir (~/.claude/projects/<repo>--claude-worktrees-<name>/), which was first created right after the update, so it was empty. This worked for weeks on ≤2.1.296. Two worktrees are affected. Workaround: claude --resume <id> from the repo root.
