[FEATURE] Support Ctrl-G in AskUserQuestion free-form response field

Problem Statement

Title says it all - sometimes the answer is complicated, and the AskUserQuestion arrow navigation is confusing (sometimes move cursor within the text field, sometimes navigate the Q&A grid); Ctrl-G would be great (as long as it does not make it easier to hit #10203 :) )

Proposed Solution

Support Ctrl-G (but do not blank the screen so that the question is still visible! - #9485 )
