Bug Description 이 저장소는 .gitignore에서 docs/를 제외하므로 본 계획서는 현재 로컬 문서다. 계획서 보관을 위해 ignore를 해제하거나 강제 git add하지 않는다. 별도의 문서 추적 요청이 있으면 그때 처리한다.''
