Bug Description
Subject: Repeated Opus 5.5 cybersecurity safeguard false positives — defensive infrastructure research I operate GENESIS, a quantitative trading research institution. We use Claude Code to develop and independently verify our research execution infrastructure. Our recent work concerns defensive controls on computers and software we operate: restricting network egress, protecting OAuth credentials, checking process isolation and verifying sandbox behavior. Opus 5.5 has blocked this work three times under its cybersecurity safeguards, including while processing a governance ruling before any implementation began. We are not attempting unauthorized access, exploitation or activity against third-party systems. We have stopped the affected workflow and are requesting clarification of the appropriate supported route for continuing this legitimate defensive work. Please advise whether these refusals can be reviewed and whether our use case qualifies for the Cyber Verification Program.
