[Bug] Board Brown-Out/Reboot on Low-Power PoE Switch at High Audio Volume

Bug Description
We are working through some difficult situations where the hardware board will, on a POE switch which is not producing the amps expected, brown-out/reboot. So we are trying to figure out based on several volume sliders, and the ALSA settings, how to keep the board (even on this low-powered POE switch) alive but still produce the SPL audio levels needed.
