Summary
After switching organizations in the Claude desktop app (Code tab), session metadata (titles, grouping/sidebar state, and similar) is no longer shown in the UI. The sessions appear to still exist locally, but the UI no longer displays their metadata.
Steps to reproduce
- Sign in to the Claude desktop app (Windows 11) and open the Code tab.
- Create or open several sessions under Organization A; note their titles and sidebar organization (groups/pinned/etc.).
- Switch to Organization B via the org switcher.
- Switch back to Organization A (or look at the session list after the switch).
Expected
Session metadata is preserved per organization and is shown again when switching back, or is at least not lost.
Actual
Session metadata (titles/sidebar info) is missing from the UI after the switch.
Environment
- Claude desktop app, Code tab
- OS: Windows 11 Enterprise 10.0.26200
- Claude Code version: 2.1.107
- Model: claude-sonnet-5-5
