Claude Code webview blank in WSL after VS Code update, 401 on webview resources

After updating VS Code, the Claude Code panel is blank when connected to WSL (Ubuntu). The extension activates normally and authentication works (Output log shows no errors), but the webview fails to load its files:

Tried: clearing the Service Worker cache, --disable-gpu, wsl --shutdown, deleting ~/.vscode-server/bin. Still blank. Started right after the VS Code update; the extension was not updated.
