What's Wrong?
Users of Claude Code are generating PRs and issues that tag @Human, despite me not being involved.
What Should Happen?
I should never be notified when people vibe code.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a github account named Human.
- Wait for the invention of vibe coding.
- Wait for the vibe coding framework to make a mistake that a human senior dev would have caught.
- Wait for people to make public github projects managed by Claude.
- Receive a bunch of github notification spam messages.
