[Bug] /clear and /new carry over the /rename session name to the new session

Bug Description
Plain /clear and /new keep the name set with /rename, so a fresh session shows the previous session's name, which is confusing when you name every session. Please make plain /clear start unnamed (or add a setting for that), or let a SessionStart hook with source "clear" set sessionTitle.
