[Bug] Auto mode safety check blocks writing skill files

Bug Description
Auto mode safety check stops me from writing skill files

Example:

I couldn't create the skill file. Auto mode's safety check returned no verdict on writing claude_plugins/fc-marketing/skills/draft-emails/SKILL.md, so the write was blocked. I haven't tried to get round that through the shell. If you approve the write, or switch out of auto mode for this one step, I'll save it.

but this is highly annoying because I need to keep going back into manual mode for things that should be simple. I have raised this bug, and similar bugs, several times in the past. I think I need to use a different AI for writing applaud skills. I don't know what to do besides changing providers in order to make this work automatically.
