[Bug] Safeguard blocks benign agent message-analysis coding with no reason

Bug Description
hey, terrible "safeguards". Don't allow me to work. I am coding an application that analyzes the processing of messages and communication between agents, and today it can't be coded because whatever instruction raises a safeguard, and not even tell what to avoid. "It is simple communication in the application", not something that may harm anybody.
