[FEATURE] Desktop app: Keyboard shortcut to switch a session's project

Problem
In the Claude desktop app (Code tab), choosing which project a new session belongs to means clicking through the project picker every time. When you work across several repos, this means constant manual clicking.
Proposed solution
Add a keyboard shortcut to switch projects, e.g.:
- A shortcut (such as
Cmd+P/Cmd+Shift+O) that opens a fuzzy-searchable project picker. - Works for new sessions and for reassigning the current session.
Why
It speeds up multi-repo workflows and keeps your hands on the keyboard.
