[BUG] Desktop app Remote Control sessions start with no repository, so the PR bar never shows

What's Wrong?

A Remote Control session started from the Claude Code desktop app is created without a repository, so the PR bar above the chat never appears. This happens even when the session opens PRs from a GitHub-backed git worktree.

I compared 15 of my sessions with the remote-sessions tools (get_session, list_sessions):

The repository can be detected. The worktree is a normal git worktree (.git is a gitdir: file), and origin is https://github.com/<owner>/<repo>.git. The desktop app just doesn't record it on the session.

What Should Happen?

A Remote Control session started from the desktop app records its repository the way a CLI-started session does, and the PR bar shows the PR for the worktree's current branch.

Error Messages/Logs

None. The only symptom is the config:no-git-repo tag and the empty repo key in the session metadata.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In the desktop app, with worktree-per-session on, start a Remote Control session in a repository whose origin is on GitHub.
2. In the session, push a branch and open a PR from the session's worktree.
3. No PR bar appears. get_session shows the tag config:no-git-repo and current_branches: {"": "<branch>"}.

Workaround: call the add_repo tool for the repository from inside the session. It removes config:no-git-repo and adds the source, and after that turn the PR bar appears.
