[BUG] Claude Code doing 0 web searches

What's Wrong?

When I ask Claude Code to do a web search, it returns 0 searches. This happened after I moved to local install, which I uninstalled, went back to NPM. Same issue. I literally cannot use it without websearch. it is instrumental to the skills I created.

What Should Happen?

It should do a web search.
