[BUG] feedback request uses same keys as confirmation

What's Wrong?

Sometimes claude asks me for feedback during generating files, using 1, 2, 3, 4 options.

Bug appears when I'm about to say 3 (Good) and claude asks me to confirm some action (with 1 - Yes, 2 - Yes and allow, 3 - No).

Preferred solution:
Please change (or allow customization) of confirmation key bindings:

• y - yes
• a - yes and allow
• 'n' - no

What Should Happen?

Feedback request should either block confirmation or use different set of keybindings

Happens randomly when claude is working and meanwhile shows feedback request.
