[Bug] Auto mode classifier denying routine code edits, blocking backend DTO/controller updates

Bug Description
the auto mode classifier is misbehaving so badly that its not letting my agent to write a sinlge line of code also, its trying to update the dtos on the backend controller but auto classifier is denying it... its dropping our productivity too much.
