Preflight Checklist

  • [x] I have searched existing requests and this feature hasn't been requested yet
  • [x] This is a single feature request (not multiple features)

Problem Statement

Personal knowledge (profile, preferences, memory, context about the user, their environment and tools) currently has to be maintained separately for each interface: Claude on web/mobile (profile and memory), Claude Desktop, and Claude Code (e.g. CLAUDE.md and memory files). This leads to redundant maintenance, inconsistencies, and some interfaces understanding the user much worse than others.

Proposed Solution

Request:

A single, user-level knowledge base that is shared automatically across all interfaces: Claude Chat, Claude Web, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, and the mobile apps.

Desired behavior:

Information entered once (profile, preferences, memory) is available everywhere.
Changes made in one place are synchronized automatically.
The user can view and manage everything in one place (view, edit, delete).
Optional: entries can be scoped to specific interfaces (e.g. pure coding rules for Claude Code only), so contexts don’t get mixed up unnecessarily.

Benefit:

Less maintenance effort, more consistent responses, and a better understanding of the user across all interfaces.

Alternative Solutions

I've to maintain it for each frontend separatelly
