Problem Statement

In the VS Code extension, an AskUserQuestion with preview options renders in a small fixed-size dialog. The preview pane gets roughly half of that dialog, and its monospace text is cut off at the right edge instead of wrapping (see screenshot: the Title and Body lines of the preview are clipped). The dialog stays this size even when the Claude panel is wide, for example on an ultrawide monitor.

Proposed Solution

The dialog (at least when options have a preview) grows with the available panel width, or is resizable. Preview text wraps or scrolls horizontally instead of clipping silently.

Alternative Solutions

Widen the Claude panel by hand. This does not help, because the dialog does not grow with it.

Priority

Medium - Would be very helpful
