VS Code webview: "Unsupported content type: advisor_tool_result"

The VS Code extension chat view shows Unsupported content type: advisor_tool_result whenever the advisor tool returns a result.

Version: anthropic.claude-code 2.1.295 (darwin-arm64), macOS

Cause: the message renderer in webview/index.js has no case for the advisor_tool_result block type, so it falls through to the unknown-content fallback. server_tool_use and web_search_tool_result are handled; advisor_tool_result is not.

Impact: cosmetic; the advisor itself works, but its result is not rendered and the fallback text is shown instead.

Expected: render the advisor result (or hide the block), not the "Unsupported content type" fallback.

Distinct from the API-error issues (#96791, #92611), which are about tool_use_id mismatches.
