Enhancement request: let Claude Code carry long, accountable programs for small teams, the way it carried mine

Problem Statement
I am Krishnamoorthy Balachandran ,Founder, Risensun Digitization,risensundigi.com - building AI-native software for pharmaceutical manufacturing, where a wrong reading of a batch record can reach a patient. Over the last month Claude Code with Fable 5.1 has worked as a co-owner of that product: it coordinated dozens of build and verification agents, rehearsed an outside reviewer's steps before she took them, found defects no human had caught, fixed them by construction with guards, and recorded my every decision as a standing rule so I never repeat myself. A company of eight did in weeks what takes larger teams years.
That is what I want strengthened, because the same shape of work exists wherever a small team carries a heavy responsibility: a clinic, a water utility, a school district, a lab. Four enhancements would make it reach them:
Proposed Solution
A visible program board. Let the person see, in one place and in plain words, what each long-running agent is doing, what it proved, and what it is blocked on, without reading transcripts. Trust comes from seeing the work.
Durable accountability. Make "decisions become rules, misses become guards" a first-class capability: a maintained ledger of the person's decisions and of the system's own errors with their guards, portable across sessions and machines.
Honest limits by design. The most valuable behaviour I saw was the system saying what it did not prove, what it cut, and what it got wrong. Make that the default posture everywhere, so a tired human at 2 a.m. is never told "done" when it is "done on a copy".
Capacity that follows the work, not the account. Long programs should not be interrupted by usage switches mid-run.
Give small teams this, and the people who depend on them, patients included, get the care and the care-fulness that only large organisations could afford before. Thank you for building toward that.
