[FEATURE] for Claude Code for VS Code. Separate session/agent action stream from user interaction session

Problem Statement
Claude Code for VS Code user feedback and progress need more refinement to better surface items worth active user attention.
Proposed Solution
Please move the VS code plugin action stream for tools/non-interactive items (e.g. preapproved actions) into either a separate tab or a Claude Code Tool Log "Output stream. I love that I can review subagent calls, messages, results but they are only _occasionally_ useful. By reporting them in the main session chat, they bury genuine status reporting updates and user feedback driving the session decision making stream. Other tooling has been added for collapsing and whatnot, but ideally, the tooling would just be in a separate location from the key feedback. There are many popular skills trying to accomplish making it easier to find the "load bearing" content to use Claude jargon, I think simply having two different reporting streams would solve this nicely. This request is similar to others that are focused on subagent reporting but I'd like it to apply to the master session AND subagents, break the trivial (but sometimes useful) progress updates away from items that require human attention.
