[Bug] CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR override ignored; sessions use default config despite env var
Bug Description
I have already a config folder for work and 1 for personal, and I start sessions with a script that sets the correct config dir. Still does not solve the issue

issue is that my personal claude sessions require a /login several times a day, and even switch from personal to work with no clear reason. Login with personal still gives me work account when I have 2 personal sessions open. I need to exit all personal, logout of personal, then login back in and login to personal and then maybe my personal sessions use my personal account. A little while after, one or both of the sessions switch automatically to work account again. The work account is logged into the personal work space. It is unclear why that happens.
