[BUG] VS Code extension for Claude Code asks way too often "am I doing ok today".

What's Wrong?

From time to time on VS Code extension for Claude Code, it prompts for feedback about how it's doing today, which is good, but it shows up waay to often and also it blocks part of the input text.
#68904 is similar

What Should Happen?

Can you:

• fix the positioning to somewhere less intrusive
• make it ask less often?
• and/or have a button or option to do that spontaneously (perhaps limit how often people can do that if you'd like)
