[FEATURE] Accept /colour as an alias for /color

Request: recognise /colour (British spelling) as an alias for the built-in /color command.
Why: users who write British English type /colour by habit, and it isn't recognised. Custom commands in .claude/commands can't stand in for it, because they only send a prompt and can't set the session colour.
Repro: in Claude Code, type /colour red. It isn't recognised as the colour command; /color red works.
Suggestion: a built-in alias, or a general way to alias built-in slash commands (for example in settings).
