[Feature Request] Add message inbox to filter important messages in automode conversations

Feature Description
When I use automode, I lose important messages in long threads. For example, if the bot answers my previous questions and keeps going, and I switch to another session tab in the terminal, I lose important information; then I have to scroll or ask again and waste tokens. It would be nice to have an inbox with only important messages, or messages sent to me explicitly, not a description of the thought process, so I can have both a verbose thinking process and important messages at a glance.
