[Bug] Artifact pane fails to open on "open" action, requires manual mcp__ccd_view__show_pane call

Bug Description
Desktop Code tab 2.1.288 Win10: Artifact action "open" returns success but the artifact pane stays shut (user sees endless loading; get_layout shows no "artifact" pane). mcp__ccd_view__show_pane {pane:"artifact"} afterwards shows it with the page loaded. Same from model or plugin $.tool.call; survives restart; chat card and manual open work.
