Replies arrive in bursts: whole chunks appear at once instead of a steady flow.
A setting such as smoothStreaming: true (fixed-rate reveal with catch-up,
off under prefersReducedMotion) would make long answers easier to follow.
Plugins can't do it today: ui.render on AssistantMessage only receives completed
blocks, and pacing turn.step is capped by the 10 s hook budget.
