Bug Description[cyber] I ran a static code analysis with the defending-code-reference-harness. I wanted to go through the THREAT_MODEL files to create a guide to help my pentesters understand the code base pre engagement. I received the following API Error: Opus 5's safeguards flagged this message (https://www.anthropic.com/legal/aup). Our intentionally broad safeguards allow us to deliver more capabilities faster, but can sometimes flag legitimate coding and cybersecurity tasks. Claude Code can't respond to this message with Opus 5.
