[BUG] Automated Generation of VM Bundle for Claude Code isolation cannot be prevented

What's Wrong?
In contrast to the closure of issue #47039, Claude App still creates a VM_Bundle on a Mac. This file has grown in size and is now 12,13 GB on my Mac. Since I don't want to use local Code on this machine, it is completely wasted space! The issue can be reproduced by closing Claude App, navigating to folder, manual deletion of file, open Claude App and install update. Then, review folder to find vm_bundle re-appeared. Also, as described in issue #65577, the file appears to grow over time.
What Should Happen?
It would be best, if there was a switch in the App which lets a user decide to use Claude Code locally on that machine - and only then create/download the vm_bundle.
