[Bug] Opus refuses dashboard work, misclassifies request as reasoning extraction

Bug Description
Opus thinks i'm trying to do reasoning extraction and all i'm trying to do is pick back up on work from yesterday building a dashboard that isn't complete. i think your safeguards are too strict... don't be so paranoid.
