[GitHub integration]

In my private project "NWT-KLayout", a banner keeps saying "The Claude GitHub App isn't installed", even though the app is installed on my WimPurimahua account and the project can read and push to WimPurimahua/NWT-KLayout. Clicking Install on GitHub, or opening connect-github with auth_start_org=ea21c7ce-4df9-4e07-a722-e0a42ceec083, shows "Switch organization to connect GitHub: You started this in an organization this tab cannot switch to." Refreshing doesn't clear the banner.
