[BUG] Startup banner says Opus 5.5 is the default when the default is Sonnet 5.5

What's Wrong?

▎ What happens: After starting a session or running /clear, the banner reads: "Sonnet 5.5 is here, and it's faster and excels at well-scoped tasks. Opus 5.5 is still your default. Switch with /model."

▎ Why it's wrong: The header line directly above it says "Sonnet 5.5 · Claude API". /model shows "Default (recommended) ✔ Sonnet 5.5", with Opus 5.5 as a separate non-default option, and confirming returns "Kept model as Sonnet 5.5 (default)". No model key is set in any settings file, and ANTHROPIC_MODEL is unset.

▎ Expected: The banner should state the user's actual default, or leave out the claim.

▎ Also: It reappears after /clear, and it's distracting.

What Should Happen?

What should happen? It's basically advertising, so how should I know? It could say nothing at all, or pat me on the back for already using Sonnet 5.5. Whatever.
