[Bug] Safeguard filters blocking legitimate non-technical queries

Bug Description
my work is legit and even in normal non tech question safegaurd flag stops it...i was working on a custom hypervisor and driver, it did not even have features just a skeleton for dual vendor working i even asked a non tech qn:- "what the hell happened?" etc
