Bug Description
The new auto approve permissions functionality is TERRIBLE especially since it circumvents the --dangerously-skip-permissions flag. I've been having it flag tons of commands as potentially containing an rm, that contain no rm at all and are just sufficiently complex (an inline Python script). Let me use the old mode.
