[Bug] Native messaging manifest not written to Flatpak Chrome config directory

Bug Description
Cause: Google Chrome is installed as a Flatpak (com.google.Chrome). Claude Code writes the native messaging manifest only to ~/.config/google-chrome/NativeMessagingHosts/, not to ~/.var/app/com.google.Chrome/config/google-chrome/NativeMessagingHosts/, and the host binary ~/.local/bin/claude is not reachable from the sandbox anyway. /chrome reports "Extension: Not detected".
